Family Feud (Week 14)

Christopher Woods wounded and killed his entire family before turning the gun on himself on Saturday, April 18. Woods' father-in-law hadn't heard from the family in days so he went over to their Frederick Co., Maryland home and discovered a tragic scene. Woods had cut and killed his wife, 2 year old daughter, and 4 and 5 year old sons. Several handwritten notes were found around Woods' home supposedly written by him, but police are not yet releasing their contents. They have yet to find a motive for this brutal disaster.

How can anyone possibly do this to their family? How can anyone possibly take the lives of three innocent, young children? Moreover, I've never understood why it is that people find it necessary to kill others if the final result is going to end in them killing themselves. Just commit suicide and be done with it. There is no need to take other lives just because you are unhappy with your own. This may seem harsh and cruel but why take five lives when you could just take one?

  1. I agree with Briana, I don't think the situation was in anyways right, but it could have been handled in a better way. I think he should have got some help and thought over suicide and murdering his family. But even if that didn't work and suicide was his only choice, he should have left his family out of it. I do not understand how a person could do that to their family.
